Hello! I'd like to know which of Jillian's programs would yield the most weight loss? I'd like to start a new workout program tomorrow but I don't know which one I should start with. I have about 50 lbs to lose, so this is serious! :) Here's a list of Jillian's programs I have:

Body Revolution
30 Day Shred
Shed and Shred

In addition to these Jillian programs, I also have:

Turbo Jam (all of the dvd's)
Turbo Fire
Insanity (tried it for a month and hated Insanity)
Chalean Extreme
All of 'The Firm' workout dvd's

As you can see, I certainly have the fitness dvd's, just need to stick to one program and commit to it. I'm basically sick and tired of being sick and tired! Lol I've been doing a mish-mosh of different workout dvd's, but I have not been dedicated or focused on any of them. Therefore, I haven't seen any results or weight loss. I'm fed up and ready to commit and take things seriously to finally start shedding these pounds OFF.

Any advice on what worked for you the best? Thanks!

The only one I've tried so far is the 30 day shred, and totally love it! I've finished level 1 and have noticed good results so far. I've lost 24 lbs since June 25, and this dvd has really helped me lose about 4 of them, with alot of inches. Can't wait to see what happens when I finish the dvd. Good luck to you!

What is the workout rotation for 30 day shred? I've read mixed answers for this. Do you do each workout for 10 days, then move to the next level? Like level 1 for 10 days, level 2 for 10 days and so on?

yes, that's basically the way it's designed. But she does say in the video that if you need to stay a little more on one level until you're comfortable, then do it. Level 2 is definitely harder than level 1. I have no idea what level 3 looks like. At least there are 2 girls that show the more moderate moves and the advanced moves, so it's tailored to your comfort level.
