Hiya am pretty new to this and may have picked a bad time to start i am going on holiday with me hubby kids and the inlaws and have no idea how i am gonna stick to the diet? i have,nt got a smart phone and my phone is out of credit so cant check up on the calories in anything i eat and the speed of my fone it would take half the day to find out :grumble: and we are in a hotel so will be eating out all the time and an all you can eat breakfast

Any tips on how i can get through this holiday i guess i should just not eat any treats and stay away from the buffet breakfast table but just wondering if you have any tips that may help me still have a few treats and not feel guilty that i dont know the calories
TIA

  • I would say don't worry about it too much and have a lovely time!

You don't have to avoid treats (afterall that is why we go away on holiday) or the breakfast table. Don't worry about how many calories there are. I would recommend choosing the healthier options if possible and slip in a few treats. Try and do plenty of walking and you should be fine.

I recently went away on holiday and pretty much ate what I wanted while I was there. I made good choices but still had plenty of pizza, ice cream, pancakes, bread and cheese and a few cheeky drinks. I did a lot of walking and came back at the same weight that I went away.

    Enjoy yourself.
