So healthy eating does work!!

I was on this a few weeks ago moaning that even with healthy eating my weight was just staying the same.:angry: ..infact I got so demotivated I decided the other week to just give up...I then went back to eating hardly anything to see if that worked...it didnt I just felt hungry miserable and fed up:frown: ...so I decided to give it one more proper go and started to go walking along with my healthy eating and guess what I have lost 3 and a half pounds !!! I can hardly believe it,,,,it seems odd to be eating and for the first time seeing the scale move down I can hardly believe it...infact I am scared to step back on it tomorrow incase it was all a lie!! Anyway what I want to say to anyone feeling disheartened is dont give up its taken me 4 weeks to see the start of a loss....My fitness pal has made me look at what I actually put in my body prtion sizes etc, and for the first time I am having 3 meals a day not just starving myself ......:laugh:
