Hello (again)

So I've actually been here quite a long time; however, I went missing for a while. I was doing my own thing and what not and was mildly successful but I missed the community. So I'm back here tracking away with some changes in my life.
So before I had 7 kids and now my husband and I are separated and we spend weekends pretty much together, but for all intensive purposes I've moved down to just my four children now, the other three were/are my step sons. My husband has his own apartment and though things are different, it's been very nice. Him and I are working on things but it's nice to have the break away from each other.
I'm in school to become a health coach. I'm very excited about that! I also changed my career, I'm not in dog grooming any more, I've moved full time into massage therapy. Full time being only about twenty five hours a week. My children are also doing online school instead of a regular education. My oldest son has aspergers and was struggling in public school so this has been what he needed.
All of this has added up to a lot of great and wonderful changes but also an insane amount of stress.
I'm a comfort eater.
I was doing amazing with my eating and lifestyle habits for quite some time, but with all this added frustration and stress my good habits were starting to go to the way side.
So, I'm here for the support! I know I can keep doing this wonderful healthy life style, I'm just struggling with doing it on my own right now.
