Milk Alternatives

I did not write this and I'm posting the link for you to read it from the original post. I don't care one way or another, I don't use any of these. Just thought some of you who are looking into milk alternatives will appreciate the read.

I drink a milk alternative becase of lactose issues. I have taken lactaid pills but for milk and/or ice cream they aren't enough for me. So for years I drank NO kind of milk at all. I was reluctant to try almond milk, but found that I really like it. I use 2-3 cups per day of almond breeze unsweetened. So healthier, I don't know, but better for a lactose intolerant belly0

I don't eat cereal and I don't eat anything with milk in it at all so this doesn't apply to me but so many others out there are trying to figure out what to drink, so I posted for them.0
