I am new to this and trying to figure out some low calorie (duh) foods that are more filling to incorporate into my diet. Any ideas?

Protein! It really fills you up and if you go with lean options the calories are low! Chicken Breast, White Turkey, Greek Yogurt, Protein Powder, etc.0

lean protiens, all vegies, oatmeal, eggs
Try looking at peoples food diaries for ideas too.0 -
High-fiber foods! Oatmeal, beans, fresh fruit and vegetables, and whole grains are some good examples.0

Carrots .. Eat 15 baby carrots and you just ate a thanksgiving dinner with a whole pie..0

eat a big salad before you eat dinner (or even cook dinner if you're like me and are bad at leaving your plate partially filled)0
