Can't view pics

Hi,
I didn't know where else to post this question but I can't seem to view people's pics that they put of their progess. Does anyone know why this may be?

I sent an email to the tech depatment but the information they gave me was not really relevant.

Has anyone else experienced this problem, or have a solution to it?
