Exercise Advice?

I have an almost 2 year old daughter and if i leave her side its like the end of the world. Anyone know exercises i can do with her or something i can do while shes napping. Im more looking for exercises that are easy to do while shes near me. Something maybe she can be involved in. Any Ideas??

    For while she's napping, would she rest in a jogging stroller? Or could someone watch her once she's asleep & you can do whatever workout you like?

    Or when she's awake, just take her for walks with you. When she gets tired, carry her, or put her on your shoulders.

    Play with your 2yo. They can be rambunctious, and would enjoy the extra play time. Running around outside is really great exercise. Walk with her in a stroller. Carry her on walks - weigh lifting and cardio in one! LOL! I don't have kids, but all my years babysitting taught me to play with the kids to keep them happy. And it's a good workout too!
  • Try yoga! Not only is it something she can "sorta" do with you, but its also quiet enough that you can do it while she naps without waking her up!!!
