good/ intense work outs??

ok soo... i need a GOOD intense calorie killing/ tonning work out routine..can someone help me with this ?!!!:flowerforyou:

Hill Sprints, Sled pushes, jump rope, burpees, barbell complexes, HIIT....

On the real though, are you looking for a routine day by day? You could check Bodybuilding.com to look for workouts that train various muscle groups. Might need to weed through them some to find one that doesn't look or sound too difficult.
I've gotten shoulder and back workouts which I'll try for a day, and either implement into my normal routine or just take parts of it that I like the most.0 -

Any type of HIIT cardio. If done correctly, you'll be dragging your a$S out of the gym. Especially if you lift (HEAVY) beforehand.0
