Just checking to see if anyone else got this same message out of the blue? I also added my response to the message.

The alternate diet doesn't seem healthy to me. When you skip meals and then eat...your body is storing the food you ate as fat because you're starving yourself. Have you ever heard of Advocare. It starts off with a cleanse to cleanse toxins, and things that have been there for years. Then the second phase is putting nutrients back in you like omega 3, b-12, etc. Advocare helps you to eat right and it teaches you to do this long term. Your ultimate goal is to continue to eat healthy. None of this quick diet stuff! If you want more info leave me your email address and I will email you the link. ;0)

Not sure where you got the idea I was on an "alternate diet?" I don't skip meals, ever. I eat about 3500 calories a day because I am not trying to lose weight, I am working on gaining lean muscle at the moment, and if I was losing weight I would just cut my calories for a couple of months. Also I'm not sure where you get your information (probably hollywood) but your body does not "store" toxins for years, and there is not a product in existence that can "cleans" your body better than than the body can do on it's own. The body gets enough "nutrients" and vitamins from the foods we eat if we are eating good foods and if it doesn't then a simple multi vitamin will be just fine. And how is some little pill gonna "help me eat right" if a person can't eat right with their own willpower a pill is not going to change anything. In closing if you have stumbled upon a "be all" diet product, (which I'm pretty sure you have not) why do you have a picture of a kitten on your profile and not your smokin' hot body? Thanks and have a blessed day!
