i need help : (

I just turned 21 six months ago, upon turning 21 I was at my PERFECT weight, using my fitness pal every day, working out atleast 4-5 times a week. For the last six months I have had no motivation what so ever to work out or eat healthy, but then I get depressed when I feel fat (I have gained 10 pounds), When I have something important I restrict my diet and work out 2 times a day for a week, but then as soon as I am done with the event I got "skinny" for I binge eat again and don't work out for weeks at a time. I guess I just need some motivation and some suggestions on work out videos that work, my favorite was 30 day shred but I stopped losing weight with it, and maybe some healthy foods besides chicken, zuchinne, and peas (cause thats ALL I eat when I am trying to lose quickly).
