Recommended Daily Sugar and Protein Amounts?

Hello. I'm down from a size 22 to a 10 and need to know the daily recommended sugar and protein amounts. Eatting 1100 or so cals per day, I'm stuck at 158+/-2 and am wondering what i need to get more of.

*Currently averaging 100 grams of protein and 45 grams of sugar.

Is that enough?

I workout 5 days a week for two hours.
