3rd time's a charm!

This is my third time starting MFP : ) I found success the first two rounds, the last of which was over three years ago. Since then my goals and routines have changed tremendously.

I have upped my goal weight, have been working out on and off with trainers, and have learned to love my curvy, muscular frame. I am no longer seeking a slim size two body! I now know the importance of a high protein, low carb diet if I am looking to lose fat and gain muscle. I am proud of my J-lo esque look and want to reach my ultimate body, rather than aim for someone else's

I am looking forward to making supportive friends who are in this with me! Happy Friday everyone : ) : )

    I would love to support you in your quest. I quit smoking about 8 months ago and as a result I put on alot of weight, I'm thinking 20 pounds, not even sure.

    I'm back at this again and this time very committed to making it work and I LOVE this app, it's the greatest, it's only been 2 days that Ive been follow a meal plan and I agree higher protein, lower carb is the way to go. I dont feel deprived on the plan I am on at all!
