- I just added in yoplait light yogurts the whipped kind . It's only 90 cal a container but the flavors throw me off a bit is it still healthy if it's flavored for example strawberry short cake or red velvet? . Same for the Greek lowfat/no fat yogurts . I've added them both into my diet .. Does anyone know???

You'd have to define healthy. It's low calorie, and I'm sure low fat. But the flavorings in it come from chemicals, not nature, and I don't think that can be healthy.0

I try to stick to the Greek lowfat/nonfat most of the time but they get expensive . I don't wanna gain weight from something that poses itself as healthy but really isn't0
