New to tracking food

Hi.. I new here.
I have recently lost 50 pounds by exercise and diet.
Want to lose bodyfat now and gain lean muscle mass but I need to track my diet now. Need more protein to build muscle. Hard to eat now for nutrition when I used to eat for enjoyment or a "high".
I know how hard it is to adjust your eating but once you start to notice the weight coming off and other people notice it too- it is motivating.
