    I'm in the same boat, an early appointment got delayed and I missed breakfast and I just freaked when I looked at the clock, lol
    I could make a pork steak and veggies or a smoothie with protein powder/yogurt/kiwi/banana

    Do more than where you're at right now otherwise you'll pay for it later......... :wink:

    I see these posts often, the only thing that I think is, how did you get overweight in the first place if you can't even eat 1200 cals a day?

    Cheese, bacon and gallons of orange juice. When I was 14 I went through phases of eating a whole pack of bacon and drinking a whole carton of juice all to myself in one day. Then I learned that I couldn't just eat whatever I wanted and get away with it. I also danced from age 5-15 and once I stopped I put on weight from just not exercising. It's so easy to put on weight, as we all know.
    As for now, I guess my stomach has shrunk or something.
