School just started for me and while I have steadily and happily lost at a good rate about 2 lbs a week it's been 7 weeks and I've reached 15 lbs yay.. Okay now the oh no moment lol. With school and being a fulltime mom and not working this semester I have no time to ride my bike when I do I'm just to exhausted . My GPA is everything but so is my goal. I'm used to biking everyday 60 minutes a day n a mountain bike. Now if I'm lucky I'll get 1 day in of biking from mon-Friday... I am extremely motivated and devoted so not being able to do my dily ride BOTHERS me. Does anyone know of something I can replace this with at home that would help me lose another 15/20 lbs until I hit the gym in November. I'm aiming for anther 15 lbs in 7 weeks or so... please answer with anything at all that would help!! Anyone's advice would be extremely appreciative ❤ I would still be biking in the weekends. I just need something that will yield results for me during Monday through Friday that I can do at home. I know a deficit alone will shed pounds but I enjoy actively doing something to improve my body i.e excercise. -thank you to everyone who has the time to answer!! & share your experiences ! :)

    Anyone? Lol
  • boxing, lifting weights, circuit workouts, or get a DVD at walmart from julian michaels. The key is to keep your heart rate up for a significant amount of time. And, the most important of all, your DIET.
