Any advice for trying to lose weight gained with medication?

Hi All
I've managed to gain 2 stone in 10 months due to medication. I am now off the antidepressants, and am under no illusion that the weight will just drop off! Has anyone been in a similar situation and can offer advice, and tell me how you managed??
