Weights? What do I need?

Hi

I am on day 6 of 30DS and enjoying the weights, as I have a fair bit of weight to lose a would like to lift weights to build muscle and tone at the same time. I don't have much spare cash so looking to pick up some second hand weights but what do I actually need? Dumbells? Barbells? Bench? Please advise as I don't want to waste money on stuff I won't need / use

    Depends on what you want to do. If you want to lift seriously and get strong as *uck, then get a power rack with pull up bar, adjustable bench, barbell, weight plates, floor mats and check the link below.

    When I first started with weight training, I just picked up some dumbbells. They are fairly inexpensive and a great way to start out. I got the bench and bars a few months later.

    Kettlebells.

    You can do cardio and strength at the same time.
