Daily Calories versus Weekly Calorie Totals

I'm just wondering if there are people here that look at the whole week net calories versus trying to be on the number every day. For example - you want to net 1500 calories a day, or 10500 a week. The question would be do you try to be at 1500 per day, or do you break it up with a varied amounts during the week so your body doesn't get used to a consistent amount.
Example:
Monday: 1500
Tuesday: 1800
Wednesday: 1200
Thursday: 1200
Friday: 1800
Saturday:1600
Sunday:1400
Total: 10,500
Thoughts, opinions, experiences?
Thanks,
Kirsten
