Mom of 5 - 30DS week 2/day 13 progress :) Half Way done

So, I've lost 50 lbs so far. I want to lose another 30-40 but will see how things progress further.

That being said, I started the 30 day shred on August 25th. I'm documenting my progression weekly. So far, I have lost:

0 lbs
Neck - .5"
Waist - 2.5"
Hips - 2.5"

Here is my progression this far. 2 weeks officially tomorrow. I can see the difference this week for sure, somewhat noticeable last week. Still have a ways to go, but I'm so stoked at the progress that I've made this far!!!!

So, suggestions for a program to get next? Or should I give myself a break and then do the 30 day shred again? I've got 2 more weeks to go.

    I love your phone case!! Also, you're going to need some new shorts soon! haha they are starting to fall off you!

    I did 30DS last month and I loved it. I had great results. I lost about 7lbs and a bunch of inches. For Sept. I'm doing another Jillian DVD, Ripped in 30. I'm using 5lb weights. (I used 3lb in 30DS). I'm just about to go onto week 2 (there are 4 levels instead of 3) and the results keep coming!

    After this I'm going P90X! AHH!!

    This program is awesome! I'm on day 7, I've lost 3 inches already, and that's just from day 2. I've gained 3 lbs though =( I can do without that. Great progress so far!

    I haven't lost any either. I'm up and down 3-4 lbs. BUT, I'm down 2.5 inches so I know it's working. I keep telling myself that muscle weighs more than fat.

    I'm using 3# weights right noe and seeing definition everywhere.

    yeah screw the scale i can already tell those shorts wont fit u in two weeks!!!

    i am 3 days away from finishing Ripped in 30 and have lost 0 weight but my snug jeans are now lose and it is amazing the difference i see in the mirror. so KEEP doing what u doing forget the scale :) if you don't lose weight and ur jeans fit the same in a month thats a problem but u are losing inches and ur shorts are looking big so u are doing GREAT!!! :D

    i did 30 DS and now Ripped in 30 if you like JM i suggest u do Ripped in 30!!

    Jillian is growing on me. I might have to check out the ripped in 30.
