did you ever try these? I saw them on TV and they're apart of almost all my meals now! :D

  • I have. They are very smelly and are pretty chewy. But if you rinse them enough the smell goes away! Give them a try
  • I boil them, and then blot them dry, and then I stir fry them. They are a better consistency that way, I think.

oh yes. the package I got recommends you wash them and then microwave them, then pack dry with paper towels. kinda strange, but they really do taste like regular noodles (mine are curly like ramen?) and I mix them with veggies :)

    L.O.V.E. T.H.E.M!!

The best way is to dry-fry them. Found a recipe for that here on MFP. I was very hesitant...but they are SOOOOO good. And I prefer the ones that have tofu in them, but I have tried several kinds--well, haven't tried the dried ones, just several of the wet ones in the cooler.

    Tuna and shirataki pasta salad
low calorie pho soup made with shirataki noodles instead of rice noodes
    huge bowl of shirataki noodles
25 calorie buffalo style shirataki noodles
    buttery mushroom shirataki noodles
    shirataki noodles beef lo mein

    Have you read this?:
