Just another question. I do the Leslie Sanson Walk Slim videos & I was just wondering how I enter that on this site for my exercise & to see how many calories I burned. Not sure if it's just considered walking or aerobic & if it's low or high impact. It's the walk slim 3 mile dvd, if anyone else has done it or knows. Thanks

Hi, I've been doing workout videos and starting a strength program and was also having trouble with estimates. I bought a heart rate monitor that measures calorie burn. Now I know why I was hungry, had been underestimating calorie burn by half. Also great to track heart rate. I'd highly recommend it for accurate logging.0
