I'm having a terrible day - emotional eating :(

So it's been a bad day. My mom, who's health is bad anyway, fell and broke her arm this morning. She lives me us because she doesn't get around well due to nerve damage in her legs. She also uses a walker, which is going to be a challenge with her arm in a sling. So I'm stressed out and what do I do? Eat everything in sight. Thankfully we tend not to keep much junk in the house, but the Nilla wafers are now gone. The 5 fun size candies we had are gone. And I want DH to bring home the greasiest burgers and fries he can find for dinner. I completely understand that I am eating because I'm upset. But right now I just don't care. The problem is, I will care tomorrow when I feel like crap and I think of all the time I spent doing p90x this week and on the treadmill! Somebody tell me one day isn't going to totally derail my program, please.

Don't beat yourself up. We all have those days. You wouldn't want to do this everyday but get yourself back on track tomorrow. My dad recently died of cancer and I can't tell you how many nights I ate an unbelievable amount of chocolate. I didn't gain weight from it because I work out alot. I just didn't take any weight off and maintained. Up the cardio tomorrow to burn off some of those extra calories. If you keep beating yourself up over this you'll do the same thing tomorrow. LET IT GO AND MOVE FORWARD. Your doing a great job. Here for you,
