I've been making a conscious effort to exchange ice cream for frozen yogurt, homemade spinach tortillas in place of bread (used to be a nanny for an Indian family who made them DAILY). Just curious what successes anyone else has had w/ doing this & what foods have you done this with?

I've exchange whole wheat bread for regular wheat bread, whole grain spaghetti and pasta in place of the regular, and skim milk at Starbucks in place of 2%.0

I have exchanged ground turkey for anything with sauces instead of hamburger. Turkey meatballs for beef. Turkey pepperoni for the real thing. Promise......you won't hardly tell the difference!!0
