My name is Robert Simm and I live here in Vancouver, Wa with my roomate Honey and my dog Bailey. I'm looking to lose 5 to 10 lbs but the most important thing for me is keeping a healthy balance of life,work, exercise and food. The beer is very good here! I just wanted to reach out to the My Fitnesspal community and say hi. Peace!

    I am also in your town. When it comes to beer, I feel your pain. Unfortunately, too much "Fat Tire" can result in a "spare tire.":grumble: :laugh: Widmer Hef can have the same effect!!!

    BTW, if you want to, you can thank me for the fact that we dodged that "snow bullet" last week. I think it was due to the new snow shovel I purchased!!!:noway:
