Texas Boys: How go the goals?
Looking through some photo albums a few months ago, I realized I was gaining some weight! No wonder I wasn't turning heads anymore. I got on MFP, started logging my calories and added some cardio. I'm walking/running in the evenings (getting ready for zombie run coming up in Austin) but it is so darn hot! What if I can't run the 5K? The zombies will get me!!

I'm in Fort Worth, too, but not used to running in the heat yet. I'm used to hiding from it...in the air conditioning!0
