Super yummy/healthy mocha chia seed pudding!
Options
I made this for the first time tonight and it's so yummy! A really satisfying dessert (or breakfast...)!
1 shot espresso (could use coffee granules or coffee flavored sugar free syrup)
1/3 C almond milk (I used unsweetened vanilla 40 cals)
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Packet stevia
1 Tbsp light Hershey's chocolate syrup (you could also use cocoa powder, adding more stevia for sweetness)
Mix in a bowl and let it sit in the fridge (I prefer to let mine sit overnight, or for a couple hours - it would be good to throw together in the morning and eat for dessert).
Yummy!!

Looks yummy. I just bought a pack of chia seeds today. I just drank it in a glass of water with lemon juice. It was tasty.0
