Hi to everybody!
Where I live is no way to get almond milk (exept of internet, what turns me off). So I decided to make it by myself and here is the recipe.

For 0.5 l of almond milk you need:
1. 100 g (3.5 - 4 oz) of almond kernels
2. 2 cups of pure water x 2
3. 2 bowls
4. Fine fabric
5. Glass bottle
6. (optional) Cinnamon sticks, whole nutmeg, vanilla pods, ginger root, honey.

1. Place the kernels into a bowl and add 2 cups of water. Leave it for at least 6 hours (but better for the whole night).
2. Drain the water. Pour boiling water over almonds and leave for 3 minutes.
3. Peel almonds to white kernel.
4. Blend all nuts with 2 cups of new water.
5. (optional) Place cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla or whatever you want into the bottle.
6. Strain the liquid through the fine fabric (it's easier to strain it first into a bowl and then to a bottle).
7. Put your milk to the fridge for several hours.
8. Enjoy!

The remaining mass you can use as well as coconut shavings: add it to cottage cheese, oatmeal, or mix it with honey and use as a bread topping. If anyone has more ideas how to use the rest, please share it! :)
Thanks for reading.
