Hi everyone, Im new today. I am giving this a try as I am SICK of being on diets etc. I want have a permanent healthy life style and this looks like a great way to go about it. I like the fact I can type in my recipes and get the calorie breakdown - adding what I love to cook into a calorie plan. I have to say Im not looking forward to exercising though - so any tips would be handy xxx
