Just checking in weigh in 149.8 lost just a bit. Still exercising day 51 feeling great just got 19.8 to go. This week is bad so I have to stay on the exercising eating out almost every day- let's see how I do next week- will be happy if I can stay the same really.

Hey Cyndi, guess its just you and me today.
Weigh in today: 138.6 . . . i think the same as last week. i need to organize my day better so i can work out more often . . . more often than once a week that is. My husband made me a very healthy supper tonight, which i am very thankful for b/c i was busy doing our Christmas letter and I would have wipped something quick and unhealthy for us b/c im so busy. right . . . no excuses. i just need more time in a day. ahhhhhhh!0 -
Yes Jay- just both of us but we can stay connected as this up coming weeks will be busy and a lot of food- I expect that we will have a few more for the New Year so that is good. I need to feel like someone is watching what I am doing so that is why I will continue to post my progress- yes it's easy to be busy and forget to make something healthy as the quick stuff is so bad for us. I have eaten out 2 days already this week and I am eating out tonight....I hope that's the last of that before Christmas-lol!! Have a great holiday and I will post again next week.0

I'm here too girls, well I will be weighing in next week. totally forgot about this week! Really I am writing off the next three or four weeks, way too busy. After Christmas I will be working/volunteering at 16 hours a day so I will hopefully be working off more pounds! Those 10 days are going to burn me out so much I will need to get back in the gym right after to get my energy levels back to were they should be. We you next week
