Hi, Everyone! I joined early in August but I think I could benefit from a few more friends. Just for questions and sharing ideas and goals :drinker:
I started at 140 lbs and lost 10 lbs in 35 days. I'm up one pound today but that's okay. Had some intense workouts this week and the ol' muscles are sore. Since joining, I quickly discovered that I haven't been eating enough for at least 3 years! :noway: I've been consistently increasing my calories over the last monthish and the weight is running for the hills! I'm currently at 1600 something and I eat back my exercise calories.
I've been a runner for nearly 10 years now. I lift weights, swim, P90X, and whatever else I think will help me run injury free. Working on my fourth half marathon coming up in November.
My diet includes all food groups. I cook a lot on the weekends.
