I put my playlist on shuffle, and let the music drive me through my T.G.I.A work out, or let it push me along in on my cardio days. It helps me push through the fatigue and the rhythms/beats help me keep my pacing high so I'm not "taking the easy way out."
Sometimes, I imagine I'm being chased by some crazy monster or zombies (yeah I know) and the music is my own imaginary monster movie soundtrack.
