30 day shred

Hey guys,

I'm just wondering how everyone else logs a 30 day shred workout? Do you try and split up the cardio and strength training parts or what?

    I just bought this dvd, can't wait to get it in the mail . . . super excited!!!
  • i've completed the 30-day shred twice. it's not in the database, so i named it and just plug in my time and calorie burn from my heart rate monitor. pretty nice burn from that workout. i recommend it to anyone looking to increasing their overall strength.

    I was logging it as circuit traning, general but now have a HRM so have created one for 30DS :-)

    Those of you with HRM's was it pretty close to the circuit training in regard to calories burnt?
