UGH..why is this always so hard????

Lose 40 pounds, gain 40 pounds, lose 10, gain 20....lose 5, gain 10...join MFP...exit from MFP....start again (heavier then last time)......OMG!!!!!!

    Because it's easier to stay in the way we've been all our lives, rather than completely re-creating who/what/how we are.

    If we don't commit to a life-long rebuild, it won't happen. No one gets to their max weight overnight and no one loses it overnight.

    Yes, it gets frustrating sometimes and yes, it feels super difficult sometimes; however, if we commit to ourselves to remake us in the way we want to be, then it won't always be so frustrating or difficult.

    Changing habits are hard at first, as I'd gladly eat pasta and doughnuts every day, but I CHOOSE to live a different life - a healthier life.

    I AM worth it and so are YOU! Make the committment to yourself and eventually it won't be so hard. If you only come half-way to it though, you're gonna make the same mistakes you made before. The "idea" is that we learn from mistakes, not make them over and over.
