Calories burned for JM Body Revolution Workout I

Hi!
I recently started doing JM's Body Revolution and since I don't have a HRM I am unsure about the calories burned during the workout. Should I count it as aerobics? Low-impact, high-impact? The truth is, I am pouring sweat at the end but I'm not completely beat and could handle more. If you are doing these workouts, could you please give me a rough estimate of the calories you burned during Workout I (and any other workouts of that programme)?

Just started Body Revolution this morning. I'm 137lbs 5'1". I burned 157 cals including warmup and cool down using a HRM. I don't rest and I don't cheat. This workout is less of an aerobic workout, I felt like it was more strength training. I'm doing the cardo this evening. If you want to know what I burn then, friend request me.0
