changing food units

Does anyone know how to change the food units (ex. weight measurement to liquid measurement) on foods that are already logged onto the system. I wanted to enter in 1/2 cup of yogurt and my only options were 100gm or 1 gm.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe there is no way to do this without doing the conversion yourself. This was the main reason I dropped MFP when I first tried it last year. Some of the food items have multiple units to choose from, but the ones created by users typically do not. Hopefully they will do something about his because otherwise MFP is great.0
