Thanks for sharing! Definitely pulled at the heart strings.
  • Incredible story. Definitely should take the time to read this, people!

I am 100% anti-bullying, and try to be as nice as I can to everyone. I wish we would ALL just be a little nicer to each other.
So I absolutely love this story. Enjoyed every word.
You never know what someone has been through, or what kind of person they are, if you never give them a chance.
Thank you very much for posting it here. :)

People can be so ****ing cruel. This is an incredible story, thanks for sharing. Out of curiousity, did he know he was ill, that he knew to leave you a letter like that?
Bump, and I didn't write it so I have no idea.

Wow . . . just wow. Thanks for sharing. I can't stand the boards most of the time because of all the negativity that runs rampant there. But I'm really glad you shared this. Thank you.

What an incredible story and how sad. So often we jump to conclusions about people, dehumanizing them, forgetting that they are human just like us. Thank you for sharing the story and reminding me to not just look at the surface but at the human beyond it.

He left a sizeable amount of cash, a truck, his house, and his personal belongings in the house, but the last item on the list was the most priceless of all…one chrome fifty pound powerlifting bar.

too long did not read................ but i thought those olympic bench press bars were 45 lbs?

I had a chrome bar when i was a kid.... well, 16, that a kid? feels like it now :-/ anyway pretty sure I weighted it one time and it was 45 lbs

  • thanks for sharing!
  • Moving for sure.....nothing really would be able to explain how intense this was to read!

    I appreciate you sharing this.

It is a good reminder for all of us to be compassionate and understanding at all times. We have no idea what others have been through or are dealing with.

Some of the most beautiful people that I have had the joy to know are people like Craig.

Beauty is truly in the eye of the beholder!
