Back Again, With a New Attitude

After dwindling off the weight loss path, I'm back with a new determination, and more achievable goals.
After losing motivation and working in a job that caused me a lot of stress (In the process of finding a new one!) ..
I am determined to enjoy my 20's, I'm booking a holiday to Miami for august, and that is going to be my motivation!
Would love to meet some new people, because we all have those unmotivated days.. and I
definitely don't want to fall into that trap again!

Work can really demotivate you from weightloss...focus on finding something better for you! And a holiday in Miami sounds like the perfect antidote for slacking of the weightloss...so welcome back, looking forward to seeing a lot from you here on the forums!0 -

Focus on yourself and your goals, do whatever you have to in order to be happier! After all, if you are happy then you are more in control as well

I'm trying to stay on the path as well, and a trip to Miami is definitely helping me. (I decided kinda last minute, so I have about a week left). I wish I had planned like you- well in advanced! lol I planned to get healthy this summer, but my second job started and I got derailed. Now I'm back and focused as well. 2 jobs, one job, doesn't matter. I'm going to put myself first and take care of myself. I'm adding you. We can do this!0

Just accepted lol ahh i think miami is enough to make anyone want to get healthy.. but i think the biggest part os that we're doing this for ourselves, because we deserve to be happy! i look forward to talking with you all0

welcome back ...you can do it this time!
Use stress from work as a reason to work out..that is what I do and it really helps after a long day to work out and get it all out of you ...and of course there are days when I come home and am like "no way I am working out today" but once I get about ten minutes in I feel sooo much better..

I have been on mfp for like 3 weeks. I try the lose or maintain thing. If I dont feel like dieting at all, I just keep my calories under 1800 (no loss or gain). Feel free to add me0

you seem to be doing pretty well with that Keep it up!
I am in the cut body fat keep my muscle gains phase right now...trying cycling carbs..low med high days...been at it about 1.5 weeks now..0
