    I dreamed I ate a cookies and cream milkshake

    So I had this dream last night that I ate a cookies and cream milkshake and it was SOOO good and so realistic that today I feel like I did eat it and that I had my sugar splurge for the day! And all at zero calories! Now if only there was some way to recreate this...

      ive had like three dreams recently where i ate like 3 donuts in each. it was so realistic i woke up thinking there go my calories. haha and i thought i was the only one.

      Lucky! I always dream that I want food but can't have it.. because that doesn't happen enough in real life.

      Haha...in my dream the other night I had this big nightmare conflict where I was REQUIRED to take this huge bag of peanut butter M&Ms. In my dream I kept saying "but I can't take these..I can't have these... Can I give them to someone else?" I dont even remember why I was "required" to take them..haha. I was really worried and anxious in my dream to get rid of them. But, at the same time I was thinking "Wow, these would taste SO good, but I CAN'T have them". Haha... My husband thought I was crazy for dreaming about peanut butter M&Ms..haha.

I'm very glad I'm not one to sleep-walk or... eat my pillowcase... in my dreams:laugh: Have you heard the legal disclosures on the ambien (or one of the sleeping pill) commercials where "rare incidences of driving or eating while asleep have been reported"? That CRACKS ME UP!! I'm sure I would DEFINITELY be one of the people with the "rare incidence" of eating in my sleep if I took them. :laugh:

      Oh yeah...I TOTALLY have dreams like that about food!! :laugh: I usually find myself in a candy factory or something and I have woke up feeling anxious and upset, only to realize it was ONLY a dream!! :noway: I'd take it as a sign you are doing something right! :wink:

      I had this dream last night I was out eating all sorts of desserts at a nightclub. Pies,parfaits, the works. And I was mad because they were hogging the food. Then they made me pay for it, and I spent all my money. So then I was mad because I was broke, and had blown all my calories. It was so random.

      Haha! I have food dreams all the time...especially of dreams of me cooking for a bunch of people, then there's only me with all this food I had cooked, lol!

      I've had those dreams all my life. I'm about to eat something so delicious, and I just can't get it, or I wake up before I can eat it. I don't know if I've ever had a food dream where I actually got to eat the food.

      Sounds like I need a food dream. Currently all I am dreaming about is deer hunting.
