WHERE DO I LOG

At the moment walking IS my exercise but how do I log it in as exercise. Help please. :-)

    I log my walking as cardio.

    Just go to the exercise tab and put in` walking` you will get a choice of paces

    Go to exercise, type in walking and it is there. There have various paces as well.

    Select the "Exercise" tab at the top of the page.

    Under the header "Cardiovascular" select "Add Exercise".

    Select within the search field and type in "Walking".

    Select the option which best describes the speed at which you walked from the left and add the duration you walked in the "How Long" field.

    Select the green "Add Exercise" from the bottom.

    Done!

    On the left side of your home page it says TRACK EXERCISE. It's below the TRACK FOOD.

    Go to exercise tab and click on it. Log it. I am exploring the site to see where different things are.
