I just started using a weighted ball today, and I'm trying to find something in the database that I can use. Any ideas??

I am not sure, what are you doing with the weighted ball? I use a 16 lb ball at the gym to do toe-touchs, twists and side bends. I don't really count my calories with this as I consider this strength training and I don't believe you burn that many calories with this. I truly hope somebody can give you a more concrete answer.0

when you say weighted ball, are you talking about a medicine ball? If yes google medicine ball routines, you'll find tons of them.0

You could always wear a heart rate monitor that calculates your calories burned then just enter it that way. I use one when I do HIIT training, because there's nothing for recording that particular type of exercise in the database, either!0

If you have a stability ball or bosu, you can do squats with it (push out in front of you at squat, and bring it in and overhead when you come out of the squat), sit ups, walking lunges... there's tons you can do!0
