17 pounds difference - small but I'm happy!

So I only had 17 pounds to lose, but this is the first time in my life that I've lost weight in a healthy manner - no starving or going overboard with exercise. So while I know it's nothing compared to the other folks out there, I'm posting it because I'm proud of having done it!
Here's the before shot, from June of this year...

I did mostly cardio over the summer. It wasn't until the end of July that I started adding in weight lifting. Before I hit goal I did an hour of cardio (always something different - elliptical, bike, tae bo, walking with high hills) and an hour of weight liting, which I concentrated on arms. Now I'm only doing 30 minutes of cardio with the weight lifting. My biggest change came from cutting out table salt and eating mostly nonprocessed foods.0
