What I learned from my NEWEST HRM

Pretty much the same thing I learned from my last one that everyone said was crap (not saying it wasn't crap...just gave me about the same reading as my new FT4)

Walking to the gym (with 4 flights of stairs) 60 cals
Chest and Triceps 240 Cals
Treadmill Interval training 507 Cals
TOTAL 807 CALS

The Treadmill only read that I burned 260 cals....so that is what I would have logged into my exercise. I noticed on my "cheat" days I actually lost weight....it makes sense now....I have not been eating enough!!!
