It's almost that time of year, pumpkin on the mind?
I thought how awesome it would be if protein powder came in pumpkin flavour, but alas, no dice
so I started googling pumpkin protein ideas and found this one that I liked, the original recipe says 1/4C milk, 1/4 C water, but i altered the recipe a bit.
1/2 Cup milk (I use almond milk)
1/3 Cup canned pumpkin
1 TSP pumpkin pie spice
Vanilla protein powder (I used 2 scoops Whey Iso Burst French Vanilla Cream)
5-6 ice cupes
and a couple drops of Stevia Extract, liquid form.
put in a blender and enjoy.
Calories: 227
Carbs: 11g
Fat: 2g
Protein: 42g
