    I've also gone from 198 to 153 (currently) and from a size 14 to a size 6/8.
    I am 5'6" and measurements are approximately (from 161#) 36-31-38.5

    I'm 5'2"-5'3" depending on who is measuring. I weigh 184 lbs but start at 190 two weeks ago. So far I've just been walking daily for 30 minutes and I'm on a low-fat diet due to my gallbladder flaring up. I want to loose 16-20 lbs by the end of December. My goal weight would be probably about 120-130.:smile:

    Just barely 5' 2", weighed 121.5lbs as of this morning. I don't have a body tape measure but 27" jeans and 32C bras are a perfect fit for me.

    I don't have a goal weight or measurements. My goal is around 18% bodyfat with as much muscle as I can pack on without steroids... 17% if I can get there without torturing myself!

    I'm 5' 1 1/2", with a large frame (think linebacker shoulders and size 8 1/2 wide feet lol - and at one point at my heaviest my shoe size was 9 1/2!), and so far I have gone from 276 and a size 22/24 to 172 and a size 12. I have my goal for MFP set at 150 pounds, only because the last time I weighed that little was when i was 13, so even now after all I have lost already it still feels almost unattainable lol. Other than that, I really don't have a goal weight or size or measurement, I just want to feel good.

    I'm 5' 2'' and would like to get down to 110 lbs. I've been around that weight previously and I think I looked and felt quite good at the weight. I was a UK size 10 back then, so not skinny but just right I think.

    I'm 5'3".

    I have been every weight from 115 to 220. My biggest clothing size has been a size 18 and I'm currently a 14/16 depending on the clothing piece.

    My goal is to be ~135-150. I want to be toned and that requires muscle mass. I remember 115-125 and I remember feeling I looked anaorexic and too thin. I think it depends on your body type and shape...
