Are you suppose to meet both goals to get to the target weight? And if so. My calories are set to 1200 a day. But my fitness goal was set to burning 770/day?? Am I suppose to only eat 1200? Or 2000? Including the exercise..

I am confused by your question. You have your daily calorie goal. If you workout, then you can eat more calories that day because your body needs the nutrients. So if your goal is 1200 but you workout that day, MFP will add available calories for you to eat. You will see what you can eat in your Remaining section.0
