Hi everyone :)

Hi, I have been using My Fitness Pal for 40 days now and have lost 2kg. I have a 3 month old baby and I also have 2 other boys who are 5 and 7 years old, I am trying to lose my baby weight without losing my milk supply. I have recently started back at the gym but typically all of my kids and Hubby have a virus so I have had to put the excersize on hold while I play super mum and look after them all lol. I am aiming for 1800 calories and would like to start going to the gym 3-4 times a week when I go back.

I am hoping that I will find motivation by joining in with the message boards :)
