Do any of you heavy people who do strength training just use your own body weight right now as resistance? If you do what kind of excersies are you doing?

push ups, 1 legged squats, walking lunges, squat jumps, lunge jumps, pull ups are a good start0

I use my own weight for squats and lunges but you'll quickly realize you can add weight even in the form of dumbbells and do just as well.0

Youtube has tons of body weight workouts, and there are lots of sites with exercise suggestions0
