Hello everyone. I am new here. I started out at 210 lbs after my second pregnancy. This was in May of this year. So only 7 months ago. Since then I cut out drinking pop and eating snacks to loose weight. I am currently down to 160 lbs. TO get to the point DO you think just walking/jogging on the treadmill is enough exercise to get me lower?
